FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
HOW DOES YOUR TRANSCRIPTION SERVICE WORK?
The service works in the following way. All you need to do is email or post your file to the address on the contacts page and as soon as we have received your file. We will contact you with a cost receipt for your project along with an estimate time for delivery.
Once the project has been completed we will then contact you to request payment before you file is returned.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept payments via the following methods:
Once you've sent us your file we will send you a receipt and details on how to pay.
WHO DO I MAKE CHEQUES PAYABLE TO?
All cheques must be made payable to Miss V Jackson .
WHERE DO I SEND MY HARD COPIES OF FILES TO?
Please mail all CD's, Cassette and letters to:

WHAT DO I DO IF MY FILES ARE TOO LARGE TO SEND BY EMAIL?
You could try compressing your file(s) into a .zip folder. Simply select your audio files, Right-click (Apple-click on Mac) and go to Send to, then click Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Alternatively you can mail us a hard copy to the address above.
