Because of the nature of the business, if you want our transcribers to transcribe perfectly then good quality sound is essential. Of course we can transcribe files and tapes of any quality as long as they are at least in some way legible, but the better the sound the more accurate the results.

If you are considering purchasing a recording system we highly recommend you choose a digital system. This will enable faster file transfer and higher quality sound.

DIGITAL RECORDER RENTAL SERVICE.

For those who only need a recording device for a short while we offer a digital recorder rental service.

Rental of recording equipment is charged on a weekly basis. A £10 deposit is required before the equipment will be sent. Upon the safe return of all hired equipment the deposit will be returned.

For rental of less than four weeks a full payment is required in advance. Rental periods over four weeks can either be paid in advance or an account basis.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

Simply email us! Send us your address and telephone number and we will send you a confirmation reciept and cost estimate. Just reply stating you wish to rent out a digital recorder and we shall send it to you.

While you rent recording equipment from us we can also offer a reduced rate on all transcription services of 10% during the rental period.
